Dr. Rakesh Gupta is a recipient of WHO DG award for SEARO region on World No Tobacco Day (WNTD) 2013 for working in tobacco control in an individual capacity. He has also been awarded both at the district (Jhunjhunu) and State (Rajasthan) levels in the year 20017 and 2010.
